Shipping Policy

1. The delivery of products purchased through the site involves shipping fees for orders to an address in Israel or abroad. The amount of the shipping fees will be detailed and calculated on the order page according to the customer's address that he enters during the checkout stage on the purchase page.

1.2 The company will ensure the delivery of the product purchased on the site to the address entered by the customer. The delivery time is approximately 10 business days, however, during holidays and special occasions, the delivery time may be extended due to a shortage of working days. A business day is considered to be until 4:00 PM and does not include the first day of the order, rest days, holidays, holidays and Sabbath days, the eve of Memorial Day for the Fallen in Israel's Armed Forces, the eve of Holocaust Remembrance Day and the eve of Tisha B'Av.

1.3 It is clarified that the Company will not be responsible for delays resulting from the provision of incorrect details by the user or delays resulting from the shipping company.

1.4 In areas with restricted access from a security perspective, MYKOTEL may place the products for customers at a nearby, acceptable location, which will be coordinated with them in advance. Without derogating from the foregoing, it should be noted that MYKOTEL does not make deliveries to East Jerusalem and the Palestinian Authority territories.

1.5 As a general rule, orders can be placed on the site to all parts of the country. However, regarding delivery to exceptional localities (listed in the locality list on the site), the Company does not commit to shipping within 10 business days and the Company will contact the user before the product arrives at the address provided.

1.6 The customer may authorize the courier to place the products in the shipment outside his door or in another reasonable place at his place of residence (such as with a neighbor or a specific closet). If the customer has authorized the leaving of the products as aforesaid – the exclusive liability arising from the leaving of the products as aforesaid shall be the customer's alone, and the customer shall have no claim or demand against the company for the delivery of the products, including their presence, theft, quality, properties, etc.

1.7 As stated, in most cases the delivery will take up to 10 business days, but since the deliveries are made through an external company, sometimes there may be delays that are not dependent on mykotel. mykotel is not responsible for the delivery times and delays of the delivery company, but is at the user's disposal to resolve any problem. Also, mykotel is not responsible for delays in the delivery of products as a result of events beyond its control, such as malfunctions, delays, strikes, war, natural disasters, an epidemic declared by the authorities and preventing delivery, a delay or problem that depends on the recipient/the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, blockages, demonstrations, malfunctions in the computer system or telephone systems that will affect the completion of the purchase process or malfunctions in the e-mail service.

Changes and cancellations

2. A customer who has purchased a product on the company's website may cancel the transaction subject to the conditions detailed below and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations enacted thereunder (hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law").

2.2 A customer may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the document containing the details stated in Section 14C(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, provided that the product is returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. The return of a product will be made via a courier appointed by the Company, subject to payment of shipping fees in the amount specified in Section 4.1.1 of the Site Regulations.

2.3 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.2 above, a consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant may cancel the transaction within four months from the date of the transaction, from the date of receipt of the property or from the date of receipt of a document containing the details stated in Section 14C(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later, provided that the engagement in the transaction included a conversation between the trader and the consumer, including a conversation via electronic communication (email, chat, etc.).

2.4 A customer who wishes to cancel a transaction before receiving the product he purchased may send a cancellation notice via email to: info@mykotel.co.il or by contacting our service center by phone or WhatsApp at 050-4889877, and/or by sending a request in the "Transaction Cancellation" box on our website, at: www.mykotel.co.il.
The cancellation notice will include at least a full name, email address used to place the order, and an ID number.

2.5 A customer who has canceled a transaction in accordance with the provisions of this section will receive the full consideration he paid directly to the payment method with which the transaction was carried out, within seven business days at the latest, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value.

2.6 Refunds in the event of cancellation of a credit transaction will be made by crediting the credit card used to make the transaction within 14 business days of receipt of the request to cancel the transaction and the returned item. In the event of cancellation of part of the transaction (return of one item out of several purchased), the Company will refund to the user, within 14 business days of receipt of the cancellation notice, that portion of the transaction price paid by him for the returned item, less the cancellation fee.

2.7 Reservations to the right of cancellation: It is not possible to cancel a purchase of products that were manufactured specifically for the consumer, including a product with a personal dedication that the customer added when making the purchase on the site.

2.8 It is clarified that if a customer does not close his order properly, including due to missing details in the order, such as failure to enter a name and/or payment method number, then the Company will be entitled to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of placing the order, at its sole discretion.

2.9 Inspection of the shipment: The customer is required to inspect the contents of the shipment immediately upon receipt and verify its compliance with both the order and the invoice provided to him. A customer who has received a defective product or a product that does not match the details provided to him at the time of ordering may contact the company's customer service in one of the ways detailed below, and the company will provide him with a new product at its expense, subject to the return of the defective or incorrect product.

2.10 In the event that a typo is made on the site, whether in the price of the product displayed on the site or in the description of the product as displayed on the site; Please note - although the company's management is careful to check the prices displayed on the site, sometimes an error may occur, resulting in an incorrect price appearing on the site. In such cases, one of the customer service representatives will contact you after placing the order, inform you of the correct price of the product and allow you to purchase it at the correct price. You must confirm this within 72 hours of the representative's notification. If you refuse or do not inform us of your decision to purchase the product at the correct price - the company will not be obliged to provide it, and in this case you will not have any claims against the company.
